Shipping policy

Every Much Love Anna piece is handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. While we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary during new launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Much Love Anna is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
